The GreatWhip 2000G 2000g is a large-format food-grade nitrous oxide cylinder for professional kitchens — restaurants, cafés, bakeries and catering operations working at volume.
Each cylinder holds 2000g of food-grade N2O, approximately 250 standard 8g cream chargers, and fits standard whipped cream dispensers through a compatible pressure regulator (sold separately).
