Supplier-stated purity: 99.9%. Each cylinder holds 2000g of food-grade N2O, approximately 250 standard 8g cream chargers, and fits standard whipped cream dispensers through a compatible pressure regulator (sold separately).
Cream Deluxe is a premium European large-format line, and at 99.9% stated purity this is the highest-purity tank in our range.
