Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Canada only, to all ten provinces and the three territories. We do not ship outside Canada.
What it costs
- Provinces — $24.95 standard delivery.
- Provinces, orders over $350 — free delivery.
- Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut — $39.95. Free delivery is not available on territory routes.
There is a $250 minimum order before shipping.
When it arrives
Your order is prepared once payment clears. Because payment is arranged directly with our support team, the clock starts when your transfer is confirmed, not when the order is placed. Remote and northern routes take longer.
Receiving your delivery
Someone needs to be available to accept the delivery, which is why we ask for a phone number at checkout. Please check the shipment on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.
