The Miami Magic Infusions 2000g (3.3L) Cream Charger Tank is a large-format food-grade nitrous oxide cylinder for professional kitchens — restaurants, cafés, bakeries and catering operations working at volume.
Each cylinder holds 2000g of food-grade N2O, approximately 250 standard 8g cream chargers, and fits standard whipped cream dispensers with a regulator and hose.
Miami Magic Infusions is built for rapid flavour infusions and cocktail work as well as whipped cream. The gas itself is unflavoured.
