The PrimeWhip XL 2000G Blueberry Blast Cream Charger Tank is a large-format food-grade nitrous oxide cylinder for professional kitchens — restaurants, cafés, bakeries and catering operations working at volume.
Each cylinder holds 2000g of food-grade N2O, approximately 250 standard 8g cream chargers, and fits standard whipped cream dispensers with a regulator and hose.
Flavour is carried in the gas itself, so it comes through in whipped cream, mousses, foams and infusions without adding liquid or sugar.
