The Hotwhip 2112g Flavoured 2112g is a large-format food-grade nitrous oxide cylinder for professional kitchens — restaurants, cafés, bakeries and catering operations working at volume.

Each cylinder holds 2112g of food-grade N2O, approximately 264 standard 8g cream chargers, and fits standard whipped cream dispensers through a compatible pressure regulator (sold separately).

Flavoured large-format cylinders carry an aromatic note through the whipped product itself — for dessert and pastry applications.
