Description

The GreatWhip 1364G 1364g is a large-format food-grade nitrous oxide cylinder for professional kitchens — restaurants, cafés, bakeries and catering operations working at volume.

Each cylinder holds 1364g of food-grade N2O, approximately 170 standard 8g cream chargers, and fits standard whipped cream dispensers through a compatible pressure regulator (sold separately).

The 1364g (2.2L) format sits between 640g cylinders and full 2kg tanks — a more manageable cylinder to handle and store, for kitchens with steady but moderate volume.
