The Hotwhip 2112g 2112g is a large-format food-grade nitrous oxide cylinder for professional kitchens — restaurants, cafés, bakeries and catering operations working at volume.

Each cylinder holds 2112g of food-grade N2O, approximately 264 standard 8g cream chargers, and fits standard whipped cream dispensers through a compatible pressure regulator (sold separately).

Hotwhip manufactures its own large-format cylinders and is one of the more established names in the North American market.
